Welcome to the Oregon LPG Tank Seach Page!

This tool is designed to help you determine if a given tank/serial number combination has been reported to the Oregon State Fire Marshal.

As you know, per OAR 837-030-0240(7) you cannot refill tanks (including customer owned tanks) until they have been reported. We hope that you use this tool to determine if a tank that may not have been installed by your company has indeed been reported prior to refilling or servicing the tank.

Instructions for use:
1) Enter the address information prompted for in the fields below. Be as specific as possible, it will check for exact matches based on what was reported to us.
2) Enter the serial information for the tank in question. As a tank report consists of both a serial and an address – both the serial and the address are required for this tool.
3) Select ‘Submit’, after a short search the result of the search will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
